MVMT x NIGEL CABOURN
“The MVMT x Nigel Cabourn Divers Watch has two inspirations. First, the SBS Ventile Canoeist Smock–a rare, 1960’s vintage smock developed for the British Special Boat Service (SBS) used by two-man canoe teams on covert missions. The colour theme pulls from both the smock as well as the camouflage pattern painted onto the canoes themselves.
The second inspiration is from the ‘Chariot’ two-man submarine operated by Royal Navy Divers during World War II, which has been an interest of mine for many years.”

Nigel Cabourn is a renowned British menswear designer known for his outerwear and vintage inspired clothing. He began his eponymous Cabourn label in the 1970s, and is known for his garments that are influenced by military clothing and vintage textiles.
